This original ink likeness of the third doctor was drawn by Frank V. Liltz in 1993. The black matted frame measures 12.5 inches wide and 13.5 inches high. Characterizing the third doctor tinkering with an object to the right of the frame, this exquisite rendering is by far the best of the penned drawings in my collection. The piece is sealed in plastic and has never been opened.
